About Us
We are the Department of Anomalous Investigations and Research. An organization dedicated to the research of paranormal and anomalous events and phenomenon. Our team consists of skeptics, spiritually sensitive individuals, and professions of varying backgrounds. We are all, however, professionals with the mindset of conducting scientific investigations and to help those who may be suffering from unexplainable phenomenon.
The Mission
Haunt Investigation
At the outset, I engage clients in a comprehensive discussion to understand the problems they are having. Once a clear goal is determined, my team and I utilize a wide variety of tools and resources to conduct professional investigations to help determine if anomalous events are occurring, or if something else is going on.
Historical Discovery
We value and appreciate the historical preservation of buildings, objects, and properties. Many of these are subjected to anomalous events and utilize tourism as a means to stay funded for restoration. We aim to help bolster their publicity and educate the public on the importance of maintaining and respecting these relics from the past for generations to come.
Spectral Research
Scientific data is our priority. We seek to debunk paranormal and anomalous events to the best of our ability. Only when we have exhausted our methods, will we consider the paranormal to be an acceptable answer. We combine science and theology to help us better understand the potential forces at play.
Outreach
We are all constantly learning through life. That is why DAIR provides educational videos, podcast discussions, and transparency in our research process, so that others can continue the great journey of enlightening oneself to make greater informed decisions and opinions on the paranormal.

With a background in environmental science and research, Corbin aims to utilize the scientific method to analyze Anomalous events and push for groundbreaking methodologies to find the truth about the Paranormal. After finding his partner, a deeper desire to explore the occult and paranormal developed, and thus DAIR was formed.

Entrepreneurial Photographer since 2015, Brian has always been interested in the paranormal. Now, he is using his professional photography skills to help capture high quality images for DAIR research. Brian also is adept at aerial photography as well as certified in GIS, in which he has developed a haunted locations map of the United States.
